Pricing model, licensing scope, and Stripe structure for A-I-Agency domain activations.
All domains remain property of A-I-Agency at all times.
License allows:
License does not allow:
Activation Access Tier - £1 (one-time): Symbolic entry. Includes 1 micro-acquired domain from inventory pool, static activation template, no exclusivity guarantee, and upgrade required for commercial operation. No royalties and no Connect requirement.
Functional Node Tier - £49 activation + £29/month infrastructure: Includes 1 niche domain (.co.uk or non-flagship .com), hosting under A-I-Agency, Stripe Connect Standard onboarding, basic VALE deployment, and non-exclusive vertical usage. Revenue model is fixed monthly infrastructure with no revenue percentage.
AI Services Tier - £99 activation + £39/month infrastructure or 8% platform fee: Includes AI-service branded domain, structured vertical logic, Stripe Connect integration, and basic automation layer. Category remains non-exclusive unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Core Activation Pack - £150 activation + £49/month infrastructure or 10% platform fee: Includes flagship .com edition (LegalMemory.com or AssistantLady.com), exclusive vertical usage while active, priority support, SAMCL governance layer, and full VALE deployment. This tier is licensed, not sold.
Operators must maintain active monthly infrastructure fee or active revenue share agreement based on selected tier.
Failure to pay may result in domain access suspension, site deactivation, and license termination.
Operator is fully responsible for business operations, legal compliance, customer disputes, and tax obligations.
A-I-Agency provides infrastructure and activation framework only.
Core tier may include vertical exclusivity while active.
Lower tiers do not guarantee exclusivity.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
